Over 18 years of experience in finance and investment.Alexander Saul has extensive experience in the financial and investment sectors. Prior to joining UIS, he served as Senior Vice President and Partner at Empire State Capital Partners and was Vice President and Partner at Foyil Securities, one of the largest investment banks in Ukraine at the time.His key professional achievements include founding the UFP investment firm in 2016, advising leading Ukrainian companies on their IPOs, structuring private equity transactions, and arranging financing for small and medium-sized businesses.Since the beginning of the war in 2022, he has raised $16 million in donors funds for Ukraine.

Yuri Lymar
Over 20 years of experience in the field of law. He has extensive experience in protecting the interests of clients of varying complexity. He has experience in conducting legal due diligence in investment attraction projects and successfully implements various approaches to implement the most complex projects. Also, he has extensive experience in legal support of financial projects that have subsequently received positive approval from international audit firms. He also holds a master's degree in finance, which allows him to better understand client needs.
